Be Free fitness is operating in Beckenham and out of a private studio and gym in East Croydon.

 

The variety of training styles, equipment and environments are stand-out features of a Be Free Fitness From strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Metcon to Boxing and kick-Boxing. Each training session is kept fresh, fun and exciting so you can push as hard as you can.

indoor personal training is delivered in East Croydon. Outdoor personal training is delivered in Beckenham.

Boxing and KickBoxing drills are a great way to get fit, Burn calories and improve hand-eye co-ordination. 

Men and women of all ages and fitness levels find these drills very satisfying, either as part of their S&C Personal Training programme or as standalone sessions to help them reach their goals.
